1-c, there is a consensus among scholars regarding the permissibility of kissing a dead person. The Prophet, peace be upon him, kissed ‘Uthman ibn Maz’un after his death. Similarly, when the Prophet died, Abu Bakr leaned over him and kissed him between his eyes saying: “O my Prophet! O my best friend!”. 2-a (see this post for more info). 3-d (see this post for more info). 4-c (see this post for more info). 5-b (see this post for more info). 6-Because this compares graves to the Black Stone which Allaah Legislated to be touched (and kissed), so seeking to touch (and kiss) it is legislating in the deen other than what Allaah has allowed. This answer was given in this post footnote number 12 and this post footnote number 9. 7-d, the Prophet (saw) said, “Whoever swears by other than Allaah has committed shirk.” [Ahmad, Tirmidhe & Al-Haakim]. 8-a, Jaabir reported that “The Messenger of Allaah forbade that the graves should be plastered (made into permanent structures), used as sitting places (for the people) or building over them.” [Muslim]. 9-c, Jaabir reported that the Messenger of Allaah “forbade that the graves should be plastered (made into permanent structures) and that they be written on.” [Aboo Daawood, At-Tirmidhee, and others]. 10-d (See this post for more info. Sorry, I just had to chuck this in here).
