The Ruling Of Our Salaf On The Shi’ah

Posted in Shiasm Exposed with tags , , , , , on March 20, 2017 by TheAuthenticBase

Shaykh Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdul Wahhāb said, “As for these twelvers, they have left the Sunnah, nay they have left the Millah!” [Risālah Al-Radd ‘Alā Al-Rāfidhah]

Ibn Taymiyyah said, “Whoever claims that some āyāt of the Qur’ān were deleted or hidden… then there is no difference of opinion on making takfīr of him. Also, whoever claims that the Sahābah apostatized after Rasūlullāh except a very few who didn’t exceed a dozen, or that they mostly became fussāq (major sinners), then there is no doubt on making takfīr of him, because he has denied the praises of them that the Qur’ān dictated in several places. Rather, whoever doubts the kufr of such a person, then takfīr of him is obligatory. This is because the meaning of this statement is that the transmitters of the Qur’ān and the Sunnah were kuffār or fussāq. It also means that those indicated by this verse {You are the best nation produced for mankind} [Āl ‘Imrān: 110], whose best generation was the first, were mostly kuffār or fussāq. It also means that this Ummah was the worst of nations and the predecessors of this Ummah were the most evil of its people! The kufr of such a person is known by necessity from the religion of Islam.” [As-Sārim al-Maslūl]

Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdil-Wahhāb said, “The verses of the Qur’ān about the virtues of the Sahābah are numerous and the ahādīth on this are altogether mutawātir explicitly stating their righteousness. Thus whoever believes that the Sahābah or majority of them became fāsiqīn or murtaddīn or believes in the right or legality of cursing them has thereby disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger, denying the virtues of the Sahābah that Allah and His Messenger related.” [Ar-Radd ‘Alar-Rāfidah].

Al-Awzā’ī (died 157AH) said, “Whoever curses Abū Bakr as-Siddīq has apostatized” [Al-Ibānah as-Sughrā – Ibn Battah].

Al-Firyābī (died 212AH) was asked about one who curses Abū Bakr. He replied, “He is a kāfir” [As-Sunnah – al-Khallāl].

Ibn Hazm said, ‘The Rāfidah are not from the Muslims’ [Al-Fisal].

Imām Ahmad was asked about one who curses Abū Bakr, ‘Umar, or ‘Ā’ishah. He replied, ‘I don’t consider him to be upon Islam’ [As-Sunnah – Al-Khallāl].

He also said, ‘I fear kufr for those who – like the Rāfidah – curse the Sahābah. We can safely say that one who curses the Sahābah of the Prophet has left the religion’ [As-Sunnah – Al-Khallāl].

He also said, ‘The Rāfidah are those who declare barā’ah from the Sahābah of Muhammad, curse them, degrade them, and curse the leaders of the Sahābah except for four: ‘Alī, ‘Ammār, al-Miqdād, and Salmān. The Rāfidah have nothing to do with Islam at all’ [As-Sunnah].

Imām Al-Bukhārī said, ‘It makes no difference to me whether I were to pray behind a Jahmī or Rāfidī or behind a Jew or Christian. They are not to be greeted with salām. Their ill are not to be paid a sick visit. They are not to be married. Their funerals are not to be attended. The meat they slaughter is not to be eaten’ [Khalq Af’āl al-‘Ibād].

Ahmad Ibn Yūnus (died 227AH) said, ‘If a Jew were to slaughter a sheep and a Rāfidī were to slaughter one, I would eat from the sheep slaughtered by the Jew and not eat from the one slaughtered by the Rāfidī, because the Rāfidī is a murtadd’ [As-Sārim al-Maslūl – Ibn Taymiyyah]

So my dear readers, the quotes of our Salaf are clear on this regard, they are all disbelievers, and whoever denies their disbelief has himself landed into disbelief. And how grave this is indeed.

Ibn Taymiyyah said,

“Whoever curses the companions or one of them or joins with his curse, or claims that ‘Ali is worthy of worship (a god) or a prophet or that Jibreel was mistaken, then there is no doubt in his kufr. Nay, there is no doubt in the kufr of he who stops (hesitates) in takfeer of him.”

The Ka’bah Or The Grave Of Husain?

Posted in Shiasm Exposed with tags , , , , , , , on August 15, 2014 by TheAuthenticBase

According to the Shee’ahs visiting the grave of Husain in Karbala is greater than performing the 5th pillar of Islaam (Hajj).

Al-Majlisi (a top Shiah Scholar) mentions in his book Bihaar Al-Anwaar that Bishr Ad-Dahhan said, I said to Abu ‘Abdullaah Ja’far As-Saadiq, “Sometimes I forget to peform Hajj but I realise the greatness of the grave of Husain.

So he (Abu Abdullaah) said, “Good work, any believer who visits the grave of Husain knowing its virtue, it will be recorded for him as 20 Hajj and 20 Umrah which are all accepted. It will be recorded for him as 20 battles fought under a Messenger or a just ruler. Whoever goes to it on the day of Arafah, knowing its virtue it will be recorded for him as 1000 Hajj and 1000 Umrah of which are accepted and 1000 battles fought with a Messenger or a just ruler.

Abu Abdullaah Ja’far As-Saadiq is reported to have said:

“Allaah revealed to the Ka’bah, ‘Had it not been for the soil of Karbaa, I would not have favoured you, had it not been for the people who reside their I would not have created you nor would I have created the House that I am proud of, so be a humble servant to the land of Karbala, otherwise I will cast you into hell.”

What The Shee’ah Say About Sunni Muslims

Posted in Shiasm Exposed with tags , , , , , , , , , on June 15, 2014 by TheAuthenticBase

As-Sadooq mentioned in “Al-E’lal” a narration that Abu Abdullaah said to Abu dawud Ibn Farqad, “What do you say about the Naasibi (a term used to describe a Sunni Muslim)?”

He said, “His blood is lawful for us to shed. If you can kil him by pushing a wall over so that he is crushed or by drowning him in a sea, so that no witnesses are there, then do so.

Abu dawud Ibn Farqad then asked him about his wealth and he said, “Take it if you can.

The Similarities Between The Jews And The Shee’ah, By Ibn Taymiyyah

Posted in Shiasm Exposed with tags , , , , , , , on May 15, 2014 by TheAuthenticBase

Ibn Taymiyyah said:

“The sign of this is that the ordeal of the Raafidhah is similar to that of the Jews. The Jews said kingship can only be in the family of Daawood, and the Raafidhah said that Imaamate can only be from the children of ‘Alee.

The Jews said, ‘There can be no jihaad in the path of Allah until the Pseudo-Christ emerges forth and the command to fight is given.‘ The Raafidhah said, ‘There is no jihaad in the path of Allaah until Mahdi emerges and a caller calls from the heavens to fight.

The Jews delay their prayers till the stars are ablaze at night and the Raafidhah delay the Maghrib prayer till that time at night. The Prophet (saw) said: “My Ummah will be in a state of good affairs as long as they do not delay the Maghrib prayer till the stars are ablaze at night.” [Ahmad, Abu Daawood & Ibn Maajah]

The Jews distorted the Torah, as did the Raafidhah with the Qur’aan.

The Jews do not see it lawful to wipe over the socks during ablution, as is the belief of the Rafidhah.

The Jews despise Jibreel, and they say, ‘He is our enemy from amongst the Angels.‘ The Raafidhah say, ‘Jibreel made a mistake in giving the Wahi (revelation) to Prophet Muhammad (saw).‘ ”

Different Shee’ah Sects

Posted in Shiasm Exposed with tags , , , , , , , on April 15, 2014 by TheAuthenticBase

Many people assume that the Shee’ahs are united in their beliefs. This is incorrect. The Shee’ah have split into many different sects, each sect as misguided as the other.

Among the different sects are:

– Isma’eelis: In the early days of Shee’ism, the belief of imaamate was that the Imaamate goes from father to the eldest son, and no other line of succession is possible. But when Imaam Ja’far As-Saadiq’s eldest son Isma’eel died in his father’s lifetime, his younger son Musa was designated by his father as the next Imaam. In this case the Imaamate moved from Isma’eel to Musa and the normal procession from father to eldest son was broken. Some Shee’ahs objected to this solution and a new sect developed within the group. This is the origin of the Isma’eeli sect which holds that the belief that Isma’eel Ibn Ja’far was the last rightful Imaam. Ja’far As-Saadiq being the husband of Faatimah, who was the daughter of Hasan Ibn ‘Ali Ibn Husain Ibn ‘Ali Ibn Abee Taalib.

– The Nusayriyyah.

– The Twelvers. This sect appear to judge the Isma’eeli and Nusayriyyah sect as disbelievers. This sect believes that the 12 Imaams have all come and gone, except for the 12th “hidden” Imaam (the one they believe to the the Mahdi). They claim that the 12th Imaam is hidden in a cave somewhere and will soon come out. The 11th Imaam being Al-Hasan Al-‘Askari. Strangely, Ja’far, the brother of this Al-Hasan Al-‘Askari said that he had no child. Fearing that the foundations of the Shee’ah sect will fall asunder, a Shee’ah scholar named ‘Uthmaan Ibn Sa’d claimed that the Imaam actually had a son who went into hiding at the age of 4 and that he (‘Uthmaan) was his deputy. Since then, over 1000 years ago, this hidden Imaam is still in a cave and the Shee’ahs are awaiting for the time he comes out of hiding!

– The Kaisaniyyah.

– The Zaidiyyah. Many Shee’ah sects consider this sect to be infidels.

– The Jaroodiyah. This are an offshoot of the Zaidiyyah sect and are the only ones that are considered Rawaafidh from that branch.

– The Ghaliyyah.

– The Ja’fari. They call upon ‘Ai Ibn Abee Taalib, Hasan and Husain, and according to the permanent committee of Saudi Arabia (comprising of Sh. ‘Abdul-Razzaaq Al-Afifi, Sh. ‘Abdullaah Ibn Ghudayaan & Sh. ‘Abdulaah Ibn Qa’ood) this sect are polytheists who have apostatized from Islaam.

– The Durooz.

– The Shaykiyyah. The former of this sect is the Shee’ah scholar Ahmad Al-Ahsaa’i.

– The Kashifiyyah. The former of this sect was the disciple of Ahmad Al-Ahsaa’i^, a Shee’ah scholar by the name of Kazim Ar-Rushti.

– The Karimkhniyyah. The former of this sect was the disciple of Kazim Ar-Rushti^, a Shee’ah scholar by the name of Muhammad Karim Khan.

– The Qartiyyah. The former of this set was a female scholar named Qurrat Al-Ayn, and was a disciple of the Shee’ah scholar Muhammad Karim Khan^.

– The Bayaniyyah. The former of this sect was a Shee’ah scholar by the name of Mirza ‘Ali Ash-Shirazi

– The Baha’iyyah. The former of this sect was a Shee’ah scholar by the name of Mirza Husain ‘Ali.

– The Khattabiyyah. Like the Isma’eeli sect, this sect also believes that after Ja’far As-Saadi, his son Isma’eel should have been the next Imaam.

– The Futaihiyyah. The followers of ‘Abdullaah “Al-Aftah” Ibn Ja’far As-Saadiq, and reject the other “Imaams” who came after him.

– The Waqifiyyah. This sect stopped their Imaams at Musa, the son of Ja’far and do not accept the Imamate of all the Imaams after him.

– The Nawusiyyah. This sect are the followers of a man called Nawus or Ibn Nawus, who believed that Ja’far As-Saadiq did not die and that he is the Mahdi.

One finds that almost each and every Mujtahid and marji’ has his own madhhab in some sort of way, despite the fact that about 30 scholars claimed that they are in contact with the hidden 12th Imaam (who is believed to be hidden in a cave).

In the encyclopedia “Dairatul Ma’arif” is says: “Many Shee’ah sects appeared, the number far exceeded the 73 known sects that splintered away from Islaam.” [Dairatul Ma’arif, 4/67]

Al-Maqrizi mentioned that the Shee’ah sects are more than 300 in number! [See Al-Khitat, 2/351]

Eating Meat Slaughtered By Shee’ah

Posted in Shiasm Exposed with tags , , , , , , , on March 15, 2014 by TheAuthenticBase

The permanent committee of Saudi Arabia (comprising of Sh. ‘Abdul-Razzaaq Al-Afifi, Sh. ‘Abdullaah Ibn Ghudayaan & Sh. ‘Abdulaah Ibn Qa’ood) answered a question about eating the meat of the Ja’fari Shee’ah sect, about whom it is known that they call upon ‘Ali, Hasan and Husain during times of ease and hardship. They answered saying:

“All praise is due to Allaah and may Allaah praise the Prophet (saw) and render him safe from every derogatory thing. If the issue is as mentioned by the questioner, that there are people who adhere to the Ja’fari madhhab, and they call upon ‘Ali, Hasan and Husain, then they are polytheists who have apostatized fro Islaam. We seek refuge with Allaah from that. It is not lawful to eat of their slaughtered animals for it is considered “maitah” i.e. an unlawful animal. Even if the name of Allah is mentioned before it was slaughtered.”

And Shaykh ‘Abdur-Rahmaan Ibn Jibreen was asked a similar question to which he responded by saying:

“Wa ‘alaykum as-salaam wa rahmatUllaahi wa barakaatuh. The animal slaughtered by the Raafidh is not lawful for us, nor is it lawful to consume. The majority of the Raafidhah are polytheists, for they call upon ‘Ali in times of need, even during Arafah, the Taawaaf and Sa’ee. They call unto his children and their Imaams, as we have heard on numerous occasions. This is a form of greater shirk. It is also apostasy which one should be killed over.”

What The Shee’ah Say About Their Imaams

Posted in Shiasm Exposed with tags , , , , , , , on February 15, 2014 by TheAuthenticBase

Al-Khomenie said:

Indeed our Imaams have an exalted status, a lofty position and a natural caliphate to which all creation submits.” [Tahreer Al-Waseelah, by Al-Khomenie, p. 52]

He also said:

“The 12 Imaams have lofty positions with Allaah. No close Angel or beloved Prophet has reached that position.” [Tahreer Al-Waseelah, by Al-Khomenie, p. 94]

Al-Majlisi said:

“The 12 Imaams are greater and better than all prophets except for our Prophet Muhammad.” [Miraat Al-Uqool]

What Ibn Hazm Said About The Raafidhah

Posted in Shiasm Exposed with tags , , , , , on January 25, 2014 by TheAuthenticBase

When Ibn Hazm was debating with the Christians and they brought the books of the Raafidhah (the Shee’ah) to refute him, he said:

“The Raafidhah are not Muslims, their statements cannot b held against the Deen. This is a sect that came about after the death of the Prophet (saw) by about 25 years. It is a sect that is similar to the Jews and Christians in terms of disbelief and dishonesty.”

Was The Founder Of Bareilawi’ism A Shee’ah?

Posted in Various Other Misguided Sects/Groups Exposed with tags , , , , , , , , on November 4, 2013 by TheAuthenticBase

The founder of Bareilawi’ism was Ahmad Raza, born on 14 June 1865 and died in 1921. Some of his detractors alleged that he belonged to a Shee’ah family, performed taqiyyah (1) and hid his identity in order to live amongst Ahlus-Sunnah and propagate his Shee’ah beliefs.

He played a major role in propagating some of the beliefs taken from the Shee’ah (2). He even wrote some treatises that were apparently against the Shee’ah and in favour of Ahlus-Sunnah. Thus he fulfilled all of the requirements of taqiyyah.

Ahmad Raza (the founder of the Bareilawiy sect) used narrations in many of his words that were exclusive to the Shee’ah. These narrations were contrary to the beliefs of Ahlus-Sunnah.

For example:

‘Alee will distribute hell on the day of judgement. [Alaaman Wal ‘Alee, by Ahmad Raza Bareilawi, p. 53]

He also said about ‘Alee that “he is the distributer of Hell, meaning he will admit his friends to Paradise, and his opponents to Hell.” [Alaaman Wal ‘Alee, by Ahmad Raza Bareilawi, p. 56]

Faatimah was named as such because Allah protected her and her progeny from hellfire. [Khatam Nahuwat, by Ahmad raza Bareilawi, p. 97]

Sanctifying the Imaams of the Shee’ah. He stated that ‘Agwath (the ones who beseech for the creation) began with ‘Alee and continued till Hasan Askari. He reproduced the same chain as the Imaams of the Shee’ah. [Mulfuzat, p. 118]

Ahmad Raza declared ‘Alee as ‘mushkil kusha’ (one who removes difficulties) and said, “One who supplicates with the famous du’aa of Saifi (which reflects the beliefs of the Shee’ah), his difficulties are removed.” [Al-Aman Wal-Alaa, Pp. 12-13]

The du’aa of Saifi is: “Call ‘Alee who manifests wonders. You will find him as one who helps. O ‘Alee by the mediation of your walayah (canonisation) all worries are extinguished.” [Al-Aman Wal-Alaa, Pp. 12-13]

He made famous the usage of “panjtan paak” and promoted this couplet, which means, “There are five who’s barakah (blessings) remove all my afflictions: Muhammad, ‘Alee, Hasan, Husain and Faatimah.” [fataawa Razwiyah, 6/187]
